The Paralegal Department will relieve you of the cost that in-house staff can represent without compromising quality, integrity and efficiency.

•  You do not pay taxes
• You do not provide sick time or vaction time
• You do not contribute to retirement or health plans
• You do not provide additional equipment or additional office space

Hourly Rate:

Our billable rate is $35 per hour for pre-litigation; $40 per hour for litigation. For a special project or budgeting purposes, we would happy to quote you a price.

Disbursements:

Expenses advanced on behalf of the client will be detailed and billed seperately. Such expenses may include charges for postage, copies, long distance and/or courier charges. 

Expenses advanced are first subject to approval by the attorney.
